Dr. Joe Tran

 

 

Dr. Joseph Tran, who goes by Dr. Joe, is a board-certified pediatric dentist. He was greater Philadelphia area where he obtained his bachelors and Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (D.M.D) at Temple University. He followed his dreams of becoming a pediatric dentist by completing a pediatric dental residency at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia.


Dr. Joe is passionate about making personal connections with his patients and delivering quality and comfortable dental care. Dr. Joe is excited and dedicated to continuing the legacy and vision of compassionate dental care established by Dr. Bradberry. As Dr. Joe steps into this role, he is committed to upholding the high standards of care that you have come to expect from Bradberry Pediatric Dentistry. He is excited to meet you and is ready to answer any questions that you may have about your child’s dental health.

 Dr. Joe is an active member of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Georgia Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, and American Dental Association. Dr. Joe actively participates in pediatric dentistry workshops and conventions found at the local and national level, which focus on the latest advancements in the field. Continuous learning is important to Dr. Joe so that he can be at the forefront of providing the highest standard of care to every child. 


Outside of the clinic, Dr. Joe enjoys finding balance through a variety of hobbies and interests. Whether it’s exploring the great outdoors on an adventurous hike, photographing the world on his travels, creating artwork, or playing the latest video games, these interests not only serve as a creative outlet, but also allow Dr. Joe to foster a unique connection with many of his young patients. A shared language of interest has proven to be an invaluable tool for him to create a relatable and trusting atmosphere for children. It would not be uncommon to find him discussing the latest dance trends or anime characters during a dental visit. Dr. Joe aims to demonstrate that our clinic is inclusive and is an understanding place where children can feel at ease, express themselves, and look forward to their next visit.

It was during his time in dental school where Dr. Joe was fortunate to have traveled to Jerusalem, Israel where he spent time with children with Down Syndrome at Shalva National Center, which further spurred him to pursue his dream of becoming a pediatric dentist. Dr. Joe’s approach to care is rooted in patience, understanding, and adaptability. He has undergone specialized training and is committed to continuous learning to ensure that he provides the highest standard of care for every patient.
